Fredrik Haberer Anfinsen has comprehensive experience and knowledge from working with Norwegian and international transactions.

Fredrik Haberer Anfinsen is the head of Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s Tax department and holds a law degree from the University of Oslo as well as Master of Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School.

He has a particular focus on Norwegian and international taxation, company law and general transaction support, and often acts as an advisor in connection with M&A transactions, company structuring and reorganizations, as well as establishment of management incentive programs for a number of venture and private equity clients.

Fredrik is particularly experienced within renewable energy, shipping and offshore. With a background from both the M&A and tax department of one of Europe’s biggest renewable energy companies Fredrik has a particular focus on building upon experience from valuation and transaction project management to give counsel that combines legal competence with practical application.
