Gabriela Fomina is an associate at the Corporate M&A and Dispute Resolution practice groups. Gabriela provides legal assistance to companies in corporate law matters, including helping to arrange and register corporate changes in the company. She conducts legal research on a wide range of legal issues, including employment law and litigation issues. Since joining Ellex in Latvia, Gabriela has, inter alia, gained experience in a number of considerable domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, being of assistance to companies in different phases of the transaction process.

Gabriela has an in-depth interest in investment law and arbitration proceedings.
