Gaelle Schneider is a Principal at Arendt. She is in charge of promoting and facilitating the seamless offer of all fund-related services provided by Arendt entities in relation to the entire life cycle of funds.
She has strong experience in investment fund related matters, advising clients on the structuring, creation, organisation and marketing of investment funds and management companies. Gaelle also has specific expertise in relation to depositary issues in the field of investment funds. She is a regular trainer with Arendt Institute on this topic.

She is also a member of the Management Committee of Arendt Services where she leads the Fund Company Secretary team within Arendt Fund Solutions. She assists clients in the day-today corporate life of their investment funds and management companies.

She was a member of the Luxembourg bar until 2017.

Gaelle has also worked as a senior advisor within a major asset manager, where she was in charge of legal affairs concerning the structuring, operation and administration of Luxembourg funds as well as the operation of their management companies.

Gaelle Schneider holds a Master's degree (Magistere) in European business law from the Universite Nancy II (France) and a Master's degree in European business law from the University of Sheffield (UK).
