Profile
Gauthier Broze is a Partner in our Brussels office. A CIPP/E certified European Data Protection Officer (DPO), with over 20 years of experience advising clients on IP and Data Protection matters gained in international law firms and in-house practice at innovative companies.
Gauthier has a deep knowledge of European Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and he brings with him a strong focus on Healthcare, Life Sciences and Clinical Trials. He has a track record of connecting diverse research stakeholders (management, study teams, CROs, HCPs, vendors, supervisory authorities) designing and executing complex privacy compliance strategies for scientific research companies in an international context including equity funding and litigation.
Gauthier is also a Board Member of the College of Clinical Trials (Belgian Medicines Agency – AFMPS).
