Gherardo Cadore focuses on corporate finance transactions, particularly public M&A and public to private M&A, as well as private M&A transactions, private equity transactions and project financing.

During his work experience, he has advised a range of investment banks and Italian and foreign companies and private equity funds.

After graduating in Law, maxima cum laude, from the University of Florence in 2000, he gained experience working in London before joining the firm in 2001.

He was admitted to practice law in Italy in 2004.

He co-authored and authored several articles on commercial and business law in the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel of New York and has spoken at several conferences both in Italy and the U.S..

He speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
