His practice has focused in areas of criminal litigation, representing the interests of victims and injured parties in the preliminary criminal investigations and prosecutions, both at local and federal level. He also has extensive and broad experience in corporate security as well as in audits and research processes associated with compliance with anti-corruption practices and likewise, in the design and implementation of policies of compliance such as programs of prevention of crimes or criminal behaviors resulting in criminal liability for the companies. In the same manner, he has broad experience in proceedings of agricultural matter.

Education
Graduated from the Universidad Panamericana with honors, has a Master degree in Criminal Sciences also obtained with honors by the Anahuac University (Mexico City-North Campus) and Master degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences (from the University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain).
He holds several Diplomas and Postgraduate Studies in Preventing and Combating of Money Laundering Transactions; oral litigation, criminal liability for companies and various topics in criminal matter in National and Foreign Universities.
