Gomolemo Tau is  an Associate at ENS in the Intellectual Property practice. 

Gomolemo specialises in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters including trade mark, domain name and copyright litigation; commercialisation of intellectual property namely licencing and assignment of trade marks ad conducting due diligences, from a corporate law and intellectual property law perspective, pursuant to sale of shares and sale of business agreements.

Her experience includes advising on the management and strategy for  worldwide trade mark portfolios for ICT and FMCG companies, management of regulatory overview in South Africa and key markets in Sub-Saharan Africa for the launch of a multinational Streaming Video on Demand (SVOD) and assisted with submissions to the Independent Communication Authority of South Africa.

In addition, Gomolemo is also experienced in media classification exemptions and compliance, data compliance, commercial litigation, public interest, mergers and acquisitions and international trade law and has advised clients in the logistics, pharmaceutical and telecommunication sectors and/or industries.

Gomolemo is a member of the South African Institution of Intellectual Property.
