Greg Suess is a senior advisor* for the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group. He has extensive experience in general corporate, media and entertainment law. Greg has advised clients in a wide range of transactions, content strategies, seed and growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, strategic alliances, joint venture agreements, licensing agreements, talent deals, personal appearances, book publishing, marketing and distribution agreements.

Greg is a founding partner of Activist (Activist.co), a full-service management and consulting company that represents actors, writers, directors, musicians, industry icons and experts, brands, entertainment properties, and high-net worth families. His work for clients has included talent and brand management, managing partnerships, strategic alliances, and marketing strategies that engage consumers through entertainment, music, and lifestyle experiences.

Greg received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, and simultaneously earned his M.B.A. and his J.D. from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and School of Law.
