Profile
Gregory Huh actively represents a wide variety of clients in complex and disputed matters, including representing both petitioners and patent owners in inter partes review (IPR) challenges and other post-grant trials before the US Patent and Trademark Office. In this capacity, Gregory has prepared briefings and argued before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Gregory also works with clients on the preparation and prosecution of new patent applications in a variety of technical fields. Gregory also assists clients with portfolio analysis for design around, purchase, and licensing opportunities.
Before going to law school, Gregory completed B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and served as a senior project engineer at General Motors where he led the development of calibration and controls for three vehicle applications.
Gregory's technical areas of experience include:
Control system design
Signal processing
Microprocessor and circuit design
Computer programming in C, C++, Visual Basic, MATLAB, VHDL, AHDL, and Assembly Language
Calibration and controls of automatic transmissions
Vehicle powertrain and system development
Prior to joining Haynes and Boone, Gregory served as a Senior Project Engineer, Lead Calibration and Controls, at General Motors. In this capacity, Gregory lead the development of calibration and controls for three vehicle applications.
In addition to his law degree, Gregory holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering.
