Profile

Hillary Kinsey Lukacs is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Practice. She has experience litigating a broad range of domestic and international disputes, including securities class actions, business torts, complex real estate transactions, insurance and reinsurance disputes, as well as products liability cases. Ms. Kinsey Lukacs has specialized expertise in the areas of data security and privacy laws as well as international dispute resolution. She is an active member in the Atlanta Arbitration Society (“AtlAS”) and has recently assisted in launching the new Atlanta Center for International Arbitration and Mediation.

Prior to joining MMM, Ms. Kinsey Lukacs was a legal intern for Chick-fil-A and most recently served as a research assistant to Dean Peter B. Rutledge of the University of Georgia, School of Law, where she focused her research on international arbitration. Ms. Kinsey Lukacs received her juris doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law and her bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
