Horacio has been Managing Partner of the firm since first elected in 2000, and is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He joined the firm in 1984.
His practice areas include international business transactions, finance agreements, corporate law and M&A. He led several teams working on corporate restructurings, acquisitions, complex financing agreements and privatization proceedings.
He actively participates in international fora as institutional representative of the firm and also in conferences related to professional firms' management.
