Ian Murray provides corporate and transactional counsel to businesses and their stakeholders across all stages of the business life cycle. He advises family businesses and family offices, privately held businesses, investors and public companies on a variety of matters, including:      

• Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and divestitures
• Outside general counsel services
• Commercial agreements
• Joint ventures and strategic business arrangements
• Entity formation and corporate governance

Prior to joining Quarles, Ian worked as in-house counsel for a national print, marketing and logistics provider. He leverages his in-house experience to understand underlying business issues and develop practical, efficient and tailored solutions for his clients.
