Profile
Jared Batte practices as a transactional attorney in the real estate and banking industry where he regularly represents developers in the affordable housing industry (including 9% and 4% tax credit projects); lenders making commercial real estate loans (including construction loans); and real estate developers buying, selling and developing real property. In his practice, Jared strives to provide sound legal advice from a practical perspective.
Prior to joining Bradley, Jared received his J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Georgia Law Review. Prior to law school, Jared attended Auburn University, where he earned a B.S. (summa cum laude). In between college and law school, Jared worked for a software consulting company in Houston, Texas, supporting clients in the midstream sector of the oil and gas industry.
Jared is an active member of NAIOP and regularly attends events held by the Alabama Banker’s Association and Alabama Affordable Housing Association.
