Jayshall Vassen is an Associate at ENS in the Competition practice.

Jayshall specialises in competition law and has previously specialised in corporate and commercial law.

Her experience includes advising on notifiability of mergers and preparing merger notifications, representing clients in complaint proceedings and advising clients on prohibited practices.

In addition, Jayshall is also experienced as a general corporate commercial attorney and has advised clients in the financial services, consumer goods, telecommunications, construction, property, renewable energy, manufacturing and aviation sectors and/or industries

Jayshall is a member of the Association of Competition Law Practitioners.
