Jean-Vincent is a member of the Business Law group and practises mainly in transactional and commercial law.

Education

He supports our partners and experienced members primarily with commercial transactions, such as business sales and acquisitions and corporate mergers and reorganizations.

In addition to practising commercial law, Jean-Vincent regularly acts for and advises businesses of all sizes on their French-language obligations in Quebec, mainly as regards the language of commerce and business. He has given talks on the Charter of the French language and Bill 96.

During his university studies, he was Treasurer of the Comité Droit et Sports. He also completed a research internship with the legal department of Collège Ahuntsic, mainly in the area of privacy. Drawing on his experience, Jean-Vincent represented the Université de Montréal at the Harold G. Fox Moot on intellectual property law and won the Best litigator title at the law and technology committee’s mock trial on the right to be forgotten.
