Jeffrey Kaberuka is a Senior Associate at ENS in Rwanda.

Jeffrey’s experience includes advising government entities, private investors, and lenders on complex cross-border investment transactions and PPPs across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, real estate and tech.

He has advised the Rwandan government through its investment promotion agency, the Rwanda Development Board, as its legal counsel responsible for structuring and negotiating strategic investment deals on behalf of the government.

In addition, Jeffrey is also experienced in and advises on corporate, restructuring, shareholders’ arrangements and joint ventures, debt finance and security agreements, and mergers & acquisitions.
