Jesse is an associate in the Dallas office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP where his practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity offerings, and securities and regulatory representation of commercial banks, holding companies, and other financial institutions.

Jesse serves on Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP’s Pro Bono Committee.

• Represents bank holding companies and their subsidiaries in mergers and acquisitions, branch sales and purchases, and mergers of equals.
• Advises public and private clients on debt and equity offerings and securities law compliance.
• Advises clients on strategic planning designed to enhance or protect shareholder value, including Subchapter S restructuring, share repurchases, tender offers, holding company formations, anti-takeover strategic planning, and corporate succession matters.
