Ms. Dong specializes in mergers and acquisitions, outbound investment, and foreign direct investment involving a wide range of industries such as high-tech, manufacturing, energy, natural resources, and healthcare. Ms. Dong has represented a number of leading domestic enterprises and funds in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, many of which are complex transactions such as acquisitions of overseas listed companies, privatization and delisting, public auctions, as well as large-scale cross-border transactions where the target assets were located in more than ten jurisdictions. Ms. Dong has also represented banks and enterprises in a number of bank financing projects, including M&A loans and refinancings.
