Ms. Liu specializes commercial dispute resolution. She has represented clients in litigations, arbitrations and settlement negotiations covering equity transfers, security disputes, commercial leases, options disputes and other areas, especially disputes involving investments, financing and private equity funds. Ms. Liu has successfully dealt with a variety of disputes on behalf of clients involving equity repurchases, and control of funds and withdrawal of relevant fund investors/partners.

Ms. Liu has represented clients in litigation cases in courts of all levels, including the Supreme People's Court. She has also represented clients in arbitration institutions such as the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. Due to her years of valuable experience, Ms. Liu excels at formulating litigation/arbitration strategies based on the circumstances of her clients and at making proper use of litigation techniques to maximize their interests.

Ms. Liu graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B degree in 2005 and an LL.M degree in 2008. She also obtained an LL.M degree (European Law and International Commercial Law) from University of Paris I-Pantheon Sorbonne with a full government scholarship.
