Profile

As a member of the firm’s litigation group, John focuses on complex commercial litigation, handling business torts, breach of contract claims, statutory fraud claims, claims for breach of fiduciary duty, and other statutory and common law claims pertaining to financial institutions.

John’s practice also includes consumer class action defense. He has experience representing domestic and foreign clients in various aspects of litigation in state and federal courts.

John is admitted to practice before the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
