John Howard’s practice is focused on commercial real estate and development, but he has substantial experience with a wide range of corporate legal matters, including M&A, commercial leasing, environmental issues, condemnations, securities, risk management, commercial litigation, workers’ compensation, labor and employment law, franchise law, insurance issues, intellectual property, employee benefit plans, entity selection and formation, syndicated and mezzanine lending, and tax and accounting issues. He has served as lead counsel for large commercial transactions and financings regionally and nationally and advised boards of directors on a variety of corporate legal issues.

Prior to joining Bradley, John was a shareholder at a boutique business law firm and served as general counsel for a company that owned and operated over 200 nationally branded restaurant locations throughout the Southeast.
