Jose Miguel Puccinelli is a partner at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 1995. His practice areas include mergers & acquisitions, credit cards, art law and inheritance law and corporate advice.

Since 2006, he is a professor of Art Law at the ESEADE (Licenciatura en Curaduría y Gestión del Arte).

Jose obtained his Law degree from Universidad Nacional del Litoral (1988) and obtained several degrees in France (License in Private Law, Université d’Angers, 1992; Master in Business Law, Université d’Angers, 1993; and DEA in Private International Law, Université Panthéon-Assas, 1994).
