Joshua is an associate in the firm’s Houston office who focuses on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and other insolvency-related matters.
He represents corporate debtors, creditors’ committees, secured lenders and unsecured creditors in chapter 11 proceedings and complex bankruptcy litigation. Joshua also maintains an active pro bono practice.
