Litigation counsel for English- and German-speaking clients

Julia Wischmeier handles complex litigation matters in a variety of areas, including trusts, real estate, investments, securities, contracts, torts, products liability, class actions, landlord/tenant, intellectual property (IP) and unfair trade practices. She is experienced in state and federal court, at both the trial court and appellate levels.

Julia was born and raised in Augsburg, Germany, and speaks fluent German. She moved to the United States after graduating from high school in Germany, having been conferred the “Abitur.” Prior to joining Quarles, Julia worked for a boutique firm handling general commercial litigation matters, including contract, business tort, employment and insurance coverage actions.
