Profile
Julian is an Advisor to A&L Goodbody. He was Managing Partner of ALG for 12 years from 2010 until May 2022 having previously been a M&A/ECM specialist advising on many landmark Irish corporate deals. He was head of ALG's London office from 2003 to 2010.
He is the principal of Julian Yarr Advisory, a strategic consultancy supporting law firms and their leaders on strategy, talent and performance and a member of the Advisory Board of Accenture Ireland.
Julian is also a European Mentoring and Coaching Council practitioner accredited Executive Coach working with CEOs, MPS, GCs and other leaders/teams on performance, career and personal development. He is an associate of CoachAdvisor, the leading UK advisory firm whose purpose is to equip leaders to build healthy and thriving organisations.
He is a director of Social Entrepreneurs Ireland, an impact-driven organisation that supports high-potential social entrepreneurs to tackle Ireland's social problems more quickly and effectively.
