Julio Sanchez is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Tax practice.

Julio's practice is predominantly focussed on domestic and international corporate income tax and exchange control related matters.

Julio's experience includes advising on the tax aspects of share lending and collateral arrangement transactions, controlled foreign companies, employee share incentive schemes and M&A transactions. In addition, Julio has practical experience in relation to the establishment of trusts and obtaining tax exempt status from the South African Revenue Services' Tax Exemption Unit.

In this respect, Julio has advised clients in the banking, technology and REIT sectors and/or industries.

Julio is a member of South African legal practice counsel.
