Scott Sloan is an associate in Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group. He represents developers, owners, and lenders in a wide range of real estate transactions. His practice is focused on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing.

Scott represents REITs, developers, private equity firms and other financial institutions in their capacities as sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, lenders, and owners in real estate transactions. He handles the structure and formation of limited partnerships, limited liability companies, C corporations, S corporations and joint ventures, as well as related compliance matters. Scott also has experience preparing private placement memoranda and equity platforms, including Blue Sky compliance.
