Katharina Röhl is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She advises and represents clients in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings, before state courts as well as in enforcement proceedings and legal assistance matters. Furthermore, Katharina previously worked in Walder Wyss’ Regulated Markets, Competition, Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law Team, and is experienced in the fields of intellectual property and unfair competition law.

Katharina Röhl studied at the University of Zurich (BLaw 2017, MLaw 2019) and at the University of New South Wales and successfully participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at a chair for private law at the University of Zurich. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, she was a trainee lawyer in a leading business law firm in Zurich and worked at a chair of the University of Zurich, specialising in intellectual property law. She was admitted to the bar in 2022.

Katharina Röhl practices in German and English. She is registered with the Zurich bar registry and admitted to practice before all Swiss courts.
