Profile

Kelsi Long's practice is focused on transactional matters involving corporate and securities, data privacy and security, and energy issues. She routinely advises clients on corporate formation, strategic acquisitions and data privacy laws and regulations, and guides clients through due diligence and contract negotiations.

Kelsi has experience with energy management agreements, asset transfers and purchases, securities filings, investor disclosures, and managing due diligence of such transactions. She also counsels clients during their issuance of securities and draft associated filings and investor disclosures.

Kelsi works closely with clients' legal and business teams to support day-to-day commercial agreements and assist with navigating the data privacy and security regulatory landscape. She enjoys crafting creative solutions to complex challenges in the ever-changing corporate and data privacy legal landscape and helping businesses comply with these regulations, as well as strategically planning for future changes in the law.
