Profile
Kerstin Arnesson is an associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team. She provides advice in commercial disputes and represents parties in both domestic and international arbitrations, before state courts as well as in enforcement proceedings and legal assistance matters.
Kerstin Arnesson studied law at the University of Zurich (MLaw 2015) and at the University of Aarhus (Denmark). Before joining Walder Wyss as an associate, she worked as a law clerk at the District Court of Horgen and as a trainee lawyer at a major business law firm in Zurich. During November 2023 and April 2024 she worked as a secondee at a major business law firm in Stockholm, Sweden.
Kerstin Arnesson’s professional languages are German, English and Swedish. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Swiss courts.
