Profile

Kimberley is a Counsel in our Hong Kong Dispute Resolution and Insolvency team.



Her practice is focused on cross-border restructuring and insolvency, as well as commercial dispute resolution, in Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.



She has particular experience in applications for the appointment of “soft touch” or “light touch” provisional liquidators, cross-border restructurings, and has acted for liquidators on an extensive range of matters arising out of liquidations (both compulsory and voluntary), including those requiring the recognition of foreign appointed liquidators.



In addition, she has a broad range of experience in offshore commercial litigation matters. She has acted in high-value and complex commercial disputes involving, inter alia, fraud, breaches of directors’ duties, fund disputes, shareholder disputes, and minority dissent proceedings.



Kimberley is fluent in English, and proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin.
