Krissy is a member of the firm’s private equity team. She has experience representing clients in multimillion dollar transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures and other corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Krissy was an associate at a national law firm where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance counseling for clients in the healthcare industry.
