Profile

Kristine focuses her practice on litigation and serves clients in a variety of matters, including commercial real estate, business disputes, easement issues, and shareholder litigation. In addition, she maintains an intellectual property practice, with an emphasis on trademark prosecution, enforcement and litigation, and has handled opposition proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as domain name disputes through the Uniform Domain Name Resolution Policy (UDRP). 

Kristine currently serves as a Committee Member for the International Trademark Association’s Unreal Campaign and makes contributions to the CEB Practitioner Real Property Litigation Guide. She maintains a strong pro bono practice and is also a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
