Kristoffer Thorborg is a partner in Plesner's Construction team. Kristoffer is primarily engaged in preparing and conducting major litigation and arbitration proceedings in the areas of construction law, tort law and contract law. Kristoffer assists clients in cases before the ordinary courts of law and in arbitration proceedings before the Danish Institute of Arbitration, the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board as well as international arbitration institutions, including the ICC. Kristoffer also advises Danish and international businesses on implementation of complex projects in the areas of energy, infrastructure and construction. Kristoffer is experienced in contract negotiation and conclusion, advising on major contracts, including project execution, as well as handling of disputes. Kristoffer has a wide experience in assisting clients in activities and strategy related to preparation of disputes, e.g. claims handling, preservation of evidence etc. Kristoffer is a member of the International Construction Projects Committee (ICP) under the IBA.
