Laura Zürcher is an attorney in the Private Clients team of Walder Wyss. She primarily devotes her time to domestic and foreign private clients, banks and family offices. Her areas of expertise are centered around both private clients and entrepreneurs in matters of inheritance law, including marital property law, relating to estate planning, business succession and execution of wills. She also advises clients on relocation, asset structuring, trust and endowment matters and tax affairs.

Born in 1995, Laura Zürcher studied at the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG in Law 2019). Prior to joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a lawyer for a major Zurich law firm and as a research assistant at the Chair of Private Law and Comparative Law of Prof. Dr. iur. Dr. h.c. Andrea Büchler at the University of Zurich. Previously, Laura Zürcher gained working experience as an auditor and court clerk at the District Court of Toggenburg (St. Gallen), as a project assistant to the Presidium and Legal Service at the Federal Administrative Court and as a recording secretary at the State Secretariat for Migration. Laura Zürcher passed her bar exams in 2021.

Laura Zürcher practices in German and English. She also speaks French and Italian. She is registered in the Bar Register of the Canton of Zurich and is admitted to practice in all Swiss courts.
