Larry McFarland assists clients in commercial transactions, with a focus on development, investment, leasing and loan transactions. He has significant experience in loan documentation, regulatory advice, complex joint venture structuring, corporate governance and operational matters, leading his clients' efforts relating to office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, multi-family projects, hospitality properties, residential subdivision, student housing, and mixed-use projects.

Additionally, Larry has performed due diligence for prospective acquisitions and developments, including review of market data, title, survey, environmental, zoning and property financial information. Larry has a long track record of success advising clients on property management issues and regulatory matters. He has also advised clients with respect to fund formation, debt and equity capital raises, and securities regulation. His clients include both public and private development and investment companies and financial institutions.
