Participating in public finance issues over a period of more than 40 years in the role of bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel, user's counsel, trustee's counsel, letter of credit issuer's counsel, insurer's counsel and related roles

Developing financings for public and private projects including health care facilities, solid waste facilities, airports, educational facilities, recreational facilities, parking facilities, manufacturing facilities, sewer and waste water facilities, drinking water facilities and electrical generating facilities

Designing loan programs for West Virginia public entities to assist in financing such public and private projects

Participating in the development and financing of hydroelectric, cogeneration and generating facilities in West Virginia and Ohio

Drafting legislation for the enactment of laws relating to the authorization of the issuance of various types of notes and bonds by the state and a variety of West Virginia state boards, agencies and political subdivisions

Participating in cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals relating to the validity of statutes relating to the issuance of bonds by West Virginia public bodies
