Mr. Shi has been practicing law at prominent PRC law firms for more than a decade. Mr. Shi specializes in A-share and overseas capital markets, M&A, VC and PE investment, and other related transactions. During his professional career to date, he has established a sound professional reputation and has won considerable recognition for being able to provide need-based legal solutions and handle unprecedented or complicated transactions. He works with Chinese clients as a native speaker and can speak English proficiently.
Mr. Shi has extensive experience in various hot industries in the primary and secondary markets during different periods (such as consumer finance, healthcare, biotech, SaaS, high-end manufacturing, etc.) and thus has unique insights into the business models, industry regulations, and market practices of these industries. He is also particularly skilled in handling complex and unprecedented major transactions that require cross-border and cross-legal jurisdictional considerations, as well as the integration of legal, financial, and tax-related dimensions.
