Profile
Loren Tibshraeny is an Executive at ENS in the Project practice and Project Finance practice and Oil and Gas team. He specialises in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), with specific focus on EPC and EPCM contracts, project development, project service agreements, procurement contracts and interpretation of project agreements. He advises lenders, sponsors and contractors and has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating of EPC and EPCM contracts in the infrastructure, oil and gas, renewable energy and mining sectors.
Loren’s experience includes extensive international experience throughout Europe, Asia, India, the Middle East, Africa and South America where he advised on numerous major projects in the oil and gas sector. He advised on the largest construction project undertaken in the oil and gas sector, constructed in the Middle East. His experience also includes various aspects of commercial law, transactional and transnational projects, commercial and technical service agreements, identification of legal risks and development of pragmatic solutions. Prior to joining ENS, Loren spent 15 years as senior legal counsel with a major international oil company.
