Luciano Bonito Oliva is a tax lawyer. His areas of expertise include corporate taxation, tax planning, financial and M&A transactions tax-related issues, indirect taxes and tax litigation.

Before joining the firm in 2008, Luciano Bonito Oliva worked for a leading tax law firm in Rome and for an international law firm in Milan.

He graduated in Law maxima cum laude at the University of Salerno in 2004 and obtained a master’s degree in Tax Law at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School in 2005. He also specialized at the Institute of Tax Law of University of Munster (Germany) and at the Center for American and International Law (Texas, USA).

He is often lecturer at tax conferences and classes at post-graduate specialization courses.

He is admitted to the Italian Bar Association and authorized to practice before the Italian Supreme Court and higher Courts. He is member of the International Bar Association and of Alumni of Academy of American and International Law.

He speaks Italian and English.
