Profile

Lucina Herzog is an attorney in the Regulated Markets, Competition, Technology and Intellectual Property Group. In her practice areas health & life sciences, IP and business administration law, she advises companies on regulatory, advertising and intellectual property issues. She regularly represents her clients in complex administrative proceedings before authorities and courts.

She studied Law at the University of Mannheim (First State Examination, 2018), the National Chengchi University in Taiwan and the University of Cambridge (LL.M., 2021). Before joining Walder Wyss, Lucina Herzog held her traineeship in Mannheim and Los Angeles (Second State Examination, 2020). As a trainee lawyer she worked in leading commercial law firms with a focus on competition and trademark law. She further worked as a research assistant at the University of Mannheim, specialising on German and European commercial and labour law.

Lucina Herzog advises clients in German and English. She is registered in accordance with Art. 28 BGFA in the public list of nationals of EU or EFTA member states who are entitled to represent parties before judicial authorities in Switzerland on a permanent basis under their original professional title.
