Alyssa Barksdale is an associate in Bradley’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property procurement and enforcement and intellectual property transactions. Alyssa has experience prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications in a range of mechanical and electromechanical technology areas, including automotive technology, home appliances, and medical devices, and has experience preparing patentability and prior art search analysis opinions. She also has experience with trademark searching and prosecution of domestic and foreign trademark application.

Her experience further includes counseling clients on a variety of technology and IP transactions, including licensing agreements, software agreements, website development, design, and hosting agreements, and other marketing and services agreements.
