Madisyn Ivey is an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group, where she represents general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, material suppliers, design professionals, sureties, and owners in construction law, litigation, and government contract matters.

Prior to joining Bradley, Madisyn served as counsel for Duke Energy Corporation where she managed and negotiated contracts related to easements, licenses, encroachment agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and leases for the company’s land and real estate team. She helped support all phases of the contract life cycle for engineering, procurement, construction, and other specialized services, including bid creation and assessment, negotiation and revision of terms and conditions, and implementation and enforcement of contract provisions. She also managed outside counsel in overseeing fee transactions and condemnation matters.

Madisyn received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina.
