Magda Serriello is specialised in project financing and she advises financing institutions and sponsors in project financing and general contractor transactions mainly dealing with financing and commercial aspects.

She advises several companies operating in infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors with respect to corporate aspects, M&A and financing transactions and commercial contracts.

She graduated  in 2002 from “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan. She also  is Member of the “Alumni Association of 'Institute for International and Comparative Law, Center for American and International Law” of Texas.

She occasionally writes articles and newsletters on banking and finance law for “Internal Law Office” magazine.

She is admitted to the Italian Bar since 2005.

She speaks Italian and English.
