Mariasole Conticelli has experience in corporate finance and capital markets. She assisted companies as well as Italian and foreign investment banks in relation to corporate and financial corporate transactions, including offer of financial instruments and IPOs. She is also experienced in capital markets regulations, in particular with reference to the provision of investment services and collective investment undertakings.

After graduating in Law maxima cum laude from the University of Florence in 2001, she obtained an LL.M from the University of London, King’s College in 2002.

She is a member of the Milan Bar.

She speaks English and French.
