Law Student

Marie-Laurence Poulin joined the Lavery team as a student in 2024.

She is currently completing a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in biology at the University of Sherbrooke.

In the fall of 2023, Marie-Laurence studied at the University of Montpellier in the master's program Intellectual property and digital law.

During the winter of 2024, Marie-Laurence conducted a research project on intellectual property related to software technologies for the University of Sherbrooke's Support service for research, innovation and creation (SARIC).

Alongside her studies, Marie-Laurence works for the Quebec Statistical Institute as a student consulting analyst supporting advisors in data access and personal information protection. She is also working towards obtaining the professional certificate from Harvard University (HarvardX); Computer Science for Artificial Intelligence.
