In a career spanning more than three decades, Mark has worked with clients in the Asia Pacific region on their inbound and outbound M&A, joint venture, private equity and other commercial transactions. He has broad sector experience working on transactions involving logistics, trading, sourcing, retail, fast moving consumer goods, real estate, hospitality, ecommerce, publishing and natural resources. His clients include blue chip listed and private entities, private equity funds as well as public utilities and statutory bodies.
