Matt Lloyd is an associate with the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

He earned his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law. While in law school, he was a senior articles editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and was a student attorney at the Immigrant Rights Clinic. He received his B.A. in English from the Virginia Military Institute, where he was a VMI Distinguished Graduate.

Prior to attending law school, Matt served as a captain in the United States Army Infantry. He earned an Expert Infantry badge, airborne jump wings, and two Army Commendation Medals.
