Associate

Maude Sirois is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Her practice focuses primarily on health and social services law. In particular, she represents institutions in hospital and professional liability proceedings. She also has expertise in consent to care.

As part of her practice, Maude is also called upon to provide strategic advice on the governance of health care and social services establishments.

Maude holds a Master’s degree in health law and policy. As part of her studies, she worked as a research assistant in health law and completed a hospital internship in clinical and organizational ethics. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the ANEB Foundation and co-president of the Kidney Foundation of Canada’s Comité relève.
