Max is a member of Carey Olsen's corporate and finance practice, based in Bermuda.

Max advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on the (re)insurance, investment funds, financial services and private equity sectors including entity formation (companies, segregated account/portfolio companies, LLCs, unit trusts and partnerships), licensing, equity issuances, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, listings, migrations, reorganisations, corporate governance and regulatory advice.

In his finance practice, Max advises a range of clients on matters relating to lending and financing including acquisition, asset and fund finance as well as advice relating to debt issuances and regulatory capital for insurance companies.
